Unity of Knowledge and Action, Together We Go--SITC E-commerce 2026 Team Building Activity Briefing
On June 13, 2026, SITC E-commerce organized its employees to embark on a team building activity in Weihai under the theme “Unity of Knowledge and Action, Together We Go.”
In the morning, the team visited the Weihai Bonded Warehouse and Port, where they observed up close the operational processes of modern bonded warehousing, the standardized handling of import and export goods, and the efficient dispatch of port containers. Through on-site exchanges, employees gained a more intuitive and clearer understanding of the front-end and back-end connections of the company’s core business.In the afternoon, the group traveled to Liugong Island and visited the Museum of the Sino-Japanese War of 1894–1895 and the Dingyuan battleship. The historical artifacts offered a moment of reflection, while looking back at history strengthened the team’s sense of professional mission to “strive for maritime strength and connect the world.”
This team building activity integrated hands-on business learning with historical and cultural immersion.
