The opening ceremony of SITC Da Nang Depot was successfully held
On July 8, 2026, the opening ceremony of SITC Da Nang Depot was successfully held in Da Nang, Vietnam. Yang Xianxiang, Chairman of the Board of Directors of SITC, Xue Mingyuan, CEO of SITC, Lai Zhiyong, President of SITC Logistics, Nguyen Dinh Trung, Director of Vietnam Maritime Corporation, Nguyen Tuong Anh, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Da Nang Depot, and Pham Hong Minh, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Haiphong Port, attended the event.
The SITC Da Nang Depot is expected to have an operating area of approximately 36,000 square meters and is a joint investment by SITC LOGISTICS and Da Nang Depot. Currently, SITC has jointly invested in and operates five container depots with Ho Chi Minh New Port, Giangnam Depot, Dinh Vu Port, Haiphong Port, and Da Nang Depot, covering a total area of approximately 450,000 square meters. The establishment of the Da Nang Depot will further improve SITC's strategic layout throughout Vietnam and strengthen its comprehensive logistics service capabilities in central Vietnam. SITC will continue to promote the digitalization, intelligentization, and greening of the container depot, continuously improve its operational services and management level, and work with customers and partners to jointly promote the upgrading of Vietnam's modern logistics industry and regional economic and trade development.
