Dalian Maritime University Summer Career Practice Team Visited SITC
On July 23, 2026, teachers and students of Dalian Maritime University summer employment practice team visited SITC Shanghai Zhangjiang Office. Guo Ruqian, President Assistant of SITC Logistics; Lin Yixu, General Manager of Customer Service Center of SITC Line; Gao Wei, Vice Genaral Manager of Admin & IT Center of SITC Shipping; and others attended the meeting.
At the meeting, SITC introduced its corporate culture, business scope, and talent needs to teachers and students at Dalian Maritime University. The two sides engaged in an in-depth discussion on how to better align talent development with the company’s hiring needs.
Through this exchange, students gained a better understanding of the current state of the industry and their career planning options, while also laying a solid foundation for university-industry collaboration and the integrated development of industry, academia, and research. Moving forward, both sides will continue to focus on cultivating high-quality, practice-oriented talent and work together to promote the sustainable development of the industry.
