Chairman Yang finally pointed out that the annual symposium for financial managers is highly necessary, and if time permits, it can be increased to twice a year. The Financial Center must do a good job in training young financial leaders and develop pre-job training materials categorized by business types. Our local companies must establish connections with top local universities, and cultivate localized financial personnel. Financial managers must proactively embrace AI and learn to apply new technologies in daily work. Furthermore,  financial managers must pay attention to tax risks and do good jobs in tax planning and tax management.
