SITC Logistics Holds 2026 H1 Freight Forwarding Special Review Meeting
On July 27, 2026, the 2026 first-half freight forwarding special review meeting of SITC Logistics was held in Qingdao. Attendees included Xue Mingyuan, CEO of SITC, Liu Kecheng, GM of Finance Center, Lai Zhiyong, President of SITC Logistics, Guo Ruqian, Assistant President of SITC Logistics, Yin Chunyan, GM of Logistics Shanghai, and persons-in-charge of all branches under Logistics Shanghai.
At the meeting, CEO Xue Mingyuan delivered key arrangements for the development of the freight forwarding system. He stressed that the group should leverage the integrated land-and-sea business layout to deepen coordination and collaboration with the container line division, continuously upgrade comprehensive extended destination-port services for high-quality clients, make up for existing service capacity deficiencies, and tap new room for business growth. Meanwhile, Liu Kecheng, GM of Finance Center, answered questions and held communications on financial demands and common problems raised by each branch one by one, removing bottlenecks in financial support amid business advancement.
The meeting fully reviewed the overall freight forwarding business performance in the first half of 2026, conducted in-depth discussions on integrated land-and-sea business, port linkage and the development of destination-port service capacity, and clarified work targets for the next stage. The official launch of the administrative mini-program was also announced at the meeting. The digital platform will boost efficiency of administrative work, strengthen standardized whole-process control, and consolidate the foundation of operation and management via digital tools. In the closing session, representatives from all branches shared views based on real business conditions, putting forward numerous practical suggestions covering cross-regional collaboration models, implementation of coordinated general businesses and demands for future special training. The exchanges built consensus and laid a solid foundation for overall coordination, resource integration and capacity upgrading of freight forwarding division.
