SITC Logistics Holds 2026 H1 Supply Chain Special Review Meeting
On July 27, 2026, the 2026 first-half Supply Chain Special Review Meeting of SITC Logistics was held in Qingdao. Attendees included Xue Mingyuan, CEO of SITC, Liu Kecheng, GM of Finance Center, Lai Zhiyong, President of SITC Logistics, Guo Ruqian, Assistant President of SITC Logistics, Persons-in-charge of SC Qingdao and all branches under SC Qingdao.
The meeting comprehensively reviewed the business performance of SC Qingdao and its subsidiaries for the first half of 2026. CEO Xue made arrangements for the next phase of work, requiring all companies to further clarify their strategic direction, strengthen product and service capabilities, enhance business collaboration, and place special emphasis on providing high-quality logistics services for premium clients. Subsequently, the meeting conducted special assessments on the completion of core financial indicators, organizational structure, and team capability building, emphasising talent. It also performed an in-depth analysis of overseas warehousing and distribution operations, clearly advancing the transformation from traditional freight forwarding to an integrated "warehousing + distribution + customs clearance" model. The OTWB system has been fully launched in South Africa, achieving end-to-end closed-loop management across OMS, TMS, WMS, and BMS. Meanwhile, progress updates and discussions were held on IT system development, AI technology application, HR and administrative affairs, as well as compliance and risk control, with a requirement for all departments to establish standardized operating procedures for risk prevention and control.
Finally, the meeting defined the key work priorities for the second half of the year. It will strictly implement the strategic requirements set forth by CEO Xue, accelerate the overseas warehousing and distribution network buildout and integrated transformation, continue to expand OTWB system coverage, and focus on developing a highly competent professional workforce. These efforts will ensure that all tasks are advanced efficiently and delivered effectively, providing strong support for the company's sustained business growth and high-quality operations.
