Naming & Delivery Ceremony for M/V “SITC BRAVE” hold successfully
On August 10, 2026, the Naming & Delivery Ceremony of M/V “SITC BRAVE” was successfully held by SITC International Holdings Co., Ltd. (SITC) and HUANGHAI Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. (HUANGHAI).
Mr. Xue Mingyuan, Executive Director and CEO of SITC, Mr. Zhao Jianping, Chairman of HUANGHAI, Mr. Truong Tan Loc, Marketing Director of Saigon Newport Corporation(SNP) Marketing Department & Chairman of TCIT, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Kien, Vice Director of the SNP Port Operation Center, Ms. Dao Hong Nhung, Shipping Line Relationship Specialist of the SNP Marketing Department, Mr. Shi Bo, Northern Region General Manager of ABS Class, and other guests from all relevant parties attended the ceremony together.
At the ceremony, Mr. Xue Mingyuan, made a speech on behalf of the shipowner. He extended congratulations on the successful delivery of the new vessel and expressed gratitude to all parties for their strong support and sincere cooperation. Mr. Truong Tan Loc, christened the new vessel for “SITC BRAVE”. Ms. Dao Hong Nhung, Godmother of the new vessel was invited to break the champagne to bless the new vessel, wishing it smooth sailing, steady voyages, full cargo loads and safe returns on every voyage.
Mr. Ji Wenguang, President of SITC Shipping and Mr. Chang Junde, General Manager of Huanghai, signed the delivery documents on behalf of both parties. The successful delivery marks the further deepening of strategic cooperation between the two parties. The new vessel effectively expands SITC’s high-quality capacity, optimizes the fleet structure, and injects strong new momentum to explore the global shipping market and achieve green and efficient operation.
