“Sixteen Years of Forging Ahead Through Wind and Rain, Setting Sail Again with Determined Oars”SITC Nanning 2026 Team Building Activity Brief
From August 8 to 9, 2026, coinciding with the 16th anniversary of the maiden voyage of SITC’s Beibu Gulf shipping route, SITC Nanning held this themed commemorative team building activity at Beidi Mountain Scenic Area in Guigang City, Guangxi, the hinterland covered by the Pinglu Canal.
Centered on the ESG concept, the activity included fun team challenges and group mountain hiking. During the outward-bound sessions, all participants threw themselves into the events and divided work rationally to cooperate, which effectively removed obstacles to internal collaboration. On the mountain climbing journey, team members helped and encouraged each other to reach the summit, vividly demonstrating the spirit of solidarity and mutual support amid difficulties. In addition, the team put the ESG green development philosophy into practice by following the Leave No Trace principle for eco-friendly travel. All staff voluntarily picked up rubbish along the trails to preserve the mountain forest ecology, turning the commitment to sustainable development into tangible actions.
This activity pays tribute to SITC’s 16 years of development along the Beibu Gulf route, and serves as a morale-building opportunity amid opportunities brought by the Pinglu Canal. All staff will integrate teamwork spirit and sustainable development awareness into daily work, forge ahead with determination and support the company’s high-quality and sustainable development.
