Shandong Ship Management Passed the Chinese Flag DOC Annual Audit
From August 12 to 14, 2026, the audit team from Shandong Maritime Safety Administration carried out the annual audit for Chinese Flag DOC at Shandong Ship Management. The audit covered one container vessel: MV HAI FENG HAI KOU. In accordance with the International Safety Management (ISM) Code and the requirements of China Maritime Safety Administration, the audit team conducted a comprehensive review of the company’s safety management system implementation as well as ship and shore-based management operations, and spoke highly of the company’s performance in vessel management. No major non-conformities were identified during the audit. All ship-shore operations comply with the requirements of the safety management system documents and international conventions. The audit team put forward valuable suggestions on documentation records and refined management details.
At the closing meeting, the Shandong Maritime Safety Administration put forward higher management standards for our company and expressed sincere expectations, announcing that Shandong Ship Management had successfully passed the annual DOC audit of China flag.
