Briefing on SITC Logistics 2026 Depot Annual Meeting
On August 13, SITC Logistics 2026 Depot Annual Meeting was held in Shanghai. Yang Xianxiang, Chairman of SITC, Xue Mingyuan, CEO of SITC, Lai Zhiyong, the President of SITC Logistics, Persons-in-charge of SITC Logistics depots and relative parties from SITC Logistics attended the meeting.
At the meeting, Chairman Yang encourages the depots to engage in healthy competition and mutual assistance—comparing, learning, catching up, helping, and surpassing one another—while continuously addressing challenges to sustain positive growth every year. CEO Xue recognized the achievements made by SITC Logistics depots in the first half of the year, required all depot companies to achieve dual growth in both quality and scale, and to prioritize talent selection and development. While continuing to leverage the initiative and proactiveness of every depot company, SITC Logistics was expected to strengthen centralized management of common issues such as marketing, cost control, and operational efficiency.
Besides, the meeting also clarified the next steps and work objectives for depots. Specific requirements were also set for depot management, covering refined efficiency metrics, detailed safety management, digitalization of depot systems, unification of financial and administrative policies, and the development of innovative inland container depots (ICD). Equipment Control Center of SITC Line also attended the
meeting and put forward management requirements for coordination with SITC Line.
