"Savoring Mid-Autumn, Sailing Toward Dreams"-- SITC Zhangjiang Office Team Building Event Briefing
On September 12, 2026, the mooncake-baking team building event themed "Savoring Mid-Autumn, Sailing Toward Dreams", organized by Shanghai Ship Management of SITC Shipping, was warmly held in the multi-function hall on the fourth floor of the Zhangjiang Office Building. More than ten employees temporarily put aside their work and worked together around tables, welcoming the Mid-Autumn Festival by making mooncakes by hand.
A baking instructor was invited to demonstrate the key techniques for making fresh pork mooncakes and red bean paste mooncakes. The colleagues were then divided into three groups. From weighing and kneading to filling and molding, they learned while doing and helped each other. Some were skilled and proactively guided their teammates, while others, trying for the first time, gradually got the hang of it with encouragement. Round mooncake dough took shape in their palms, wrapping in their longing for family and best wishes for the team. While the mooncakes were baking, everyone enjoyed tea and snacks, chatted about Mid-Autumn customs from their hometowns, and laughter filled the room.
This event allowed colleagues to experience the warmth of the festival through traditional handcrafting, enhance cross-departmental coordination and mutual understanding, and further boost team cohesion. Under the full moon and in each other's company, with the fragrance of mooncakes and the warmth of friendship, we will continue to work together and sail toward their dreams.
