On October 16, 2026, SITC signed the tripartite framework agreement on equity investment cooperation for SC South Africa with SIPG and Hisense in Qingdao, Shandong Province.
Mr. Wang Haijian, Member of the Party Committee and Vice President of SIPG, Mr. Liu Ming, General Manager of SIPG Logistics Co., Ltd., Mr. Yang Xianxiang, Chairman of SITC, Mr. Xue Mingyuan, CEO of SITC, Mr. Lai Zhiyong, President of SITC Logistics, Mr. Yu Zhitao, CEO of Hisense, Mr. Duan Yuebin, President of User Delivery Center of Hisense and other leaders attended the signing ceremony.
The leaders of the three parties made speeches to envision the broad prospects of multi-party collaboration. In terms of business, SITC Logistics and SIPG Logistics will integrate the resources of ports, shipping routes, supply chain and network to jointly provide Hisense with one-stop supply chain solutions. In terms of talent exchange and cooperation, the three parties will establish a regular mechanism of talent exchange and joint training, arrange key personnel for job rotation and learning, and share the experience of overseas projects and local management. In this way, a deep collaboration pattern of "resource sharing, business co-promotion and talent co-cultivation" will be formed, so as to inject lasting momentum into serving the high-quality going global of Chinese manufacturing and make greater contribution for our country foreign economic and trade development.
