“One Track, One Journey, Beyond Horizons”--2026 SITC Indonesia Region Team Building Activity
On October 17, 2026, SITC Indonesia jointly held their 2026 team-building activity under the theme “One Track, One Journey, Beyond Horizons,” Simultaneously conducted in Jakarta, Surabaya, Semarang, and Makassar.
Centered on teamwork and employee engagement, the event featured fun team challenges that encouraged communication, coordination, and mutual support. Through working together to solve problems and complete shared tasks, employees strengthened their understanding of one another and experienced firsthand the value of trust, cooperation, and collective effort. The event provided a refreshing break from daily routines while fostering stronger connections across departments and companies.
This year’s event also incorporated the Jakarta–Bandung High-Speed Railway as a distinctive travel experience. As a notable achievement of cooperation between China and Indonesia, the railway represents more than modern connectivity; it also reflects the friendship and shared aspirations of the two countries. In the same spirit, colleagues came together through shared experiences, reinforcing their sense of belonging and commitment to common goals.
SITC Indonesia will continue to cultivate a collaborative, inclusive, and positive working environment. By strengthening communication across business units and encouraging employees to move forward as one team, the company will continue to embrace new challenges, achieve shared goals, and grow together beyond horizons.
