SITC Logistics Successfully Holds 2026 Training Program for Frontline Management Reserve Talents

From October 30 to 31, SITC Logistics' 2026 training program for frontline management reserve talents was successfully held at the company's training classroom in Zhangjiang, Shanghai. Bringing together 40 reserve management personnel selected from across the company's business segments — freight forwarding, supply chain, container yard and specialized logistics — the program injected fresh momentum into SITC Logistics' talent pipeline through systematic coursework and peer exchange.

On the first day, an external trainer delivered the course "DISC Management Styles and Making the Best Use of People." Built around DISC personality decoding theory, the session helped participants sharpen their interpersonal sensitivity and strengthen their ability to identify talent and put people in the right roles. That afternoon, internal trainers gave in-depth briefings on the operating models and profit structures of the company's three core product lines — freight forwarding, supply chain and container yard — and shared SITC Logistics' latest practices in AI applications and documentation robots, as well as the key points of business-finance collaboration. Together, these sessions gave participants a more holistic view of the company's end-to-end operations.

On the second day, an external instructor led the full "AI Productivity in the Workplace" course series. Covering everything from the fundamentals of AI and information security awareness to prompt engineering and agent building, and further to AI-assisted copywriting, slide design and data analysis, the course equipped participants with a new set of intelligent office skills.

Guided by the principle of "combining internal and external resources, and giving equal weight to theory and hands-on practice," the program both consolidated the reserve talents' systematic understanding of the company's core businesses and kept pace with the age of artificial intelligence by building up their digital workplace capabilities. Participants said they would treat this training as a starting point, turn what they have learned into concrete results at work, and contribute their share to the company's high-quality development.
