“Exploring the Yellow Sea Wetlands, Strengthening Team Spirit” -SITC Lianyungang 2026 Annual Team-Building Activity Brief
From October 31 to November 1, 2026, SITC Lianyungang organized a team-building activity at the Huanghai National Forest Park under the theme “Exploring the Yellow Sea Wetlands, Strengthening Team Spirit.”
Centered on ecological awareness, the activity provided employees with an opportunity to immerse themselves in the beauty of coastal forests and wetlands, deepening their understanding of ESG principles, including green development and biodiversity conservation. The program featured orienteering hikes, cycling, and other outdoor activities. Employees recharged through exercise, embraced new challenges, and strengthened communication and trust through teamwork. These experiences further enhanced their environmental awareness and sense of responsibility.
This team-building activity fostered a stronger sense of shared purpose through ecological engagement and brought colleagues closer through collaboration.
