New start, New journey, SITC Set sail to Creat a better tomorrow
On July 11, 2020, the opening ceremony of the 2020 China Navigation Maritime Day theme activity was held at Shanghai international passenger terminal. At the invitation of the Shanghai Municipal Transportation Commission, 10 seafarers including ship’s Master and Chief officer dispatched from SITC international holdings CO., LTD. attended the opening ceremony.
As the only representative of the private shipping enterprise, Captain Sun Zhenzhu from SITC international holdings CO., LTD. took the stage to accept the flowers from government officials.
The activity was hosted by Shanghai Municipal Transportation Committee. Deputy Minister Liu Xiaoming of the Department of Transportation delivered a keynote speech praising seafarers and salute to seafarers’ family. To participate in such a grand shipping Festival, they were deeply encouraged and proud of to be crewmembers from SITC. Ship’s Masters expressed that they will take this as a new start and strive for a better tomorrow for SITC.
