Job responsibilities of financial accounting
1. Accounting
2. Fund management
3. Financial budget
4. Preparation of accounting statements and financial analysis
5. Tax administration
Salary, welfare and League building after joining SITC
1. The probation period is 3-6 months, full attendance and good performance during the internship period. The probation period can be appropriately deducted after approval
2. Salary structure, types of subsidies and others:
(1) Salary composition: basic salary + performance salary + year-end bonus + supplementary Provident Fund + various subsidies
(2) Subsidy categories: Overseas single subsidy, full attendance award, communication subsidy, special workplace allowance, travel subsidy, birthday benefit, entry commemoration welfare, annual holiday welfare and expatriate subsidy
