Responsibilities of Java Software Engineer
1. Carry out project development on the company's development platform;
2. Complete the function development under the guidance of the person in charge of the module;
3. Cooperate with other members of the project team to complete the project related development work;
4. Cooperate with users to carry out demand analysis;
5. Write necessary project documents;
6. Be familiar with the functions of business system and be able to answer the common use questions raised by users;
Salary, welfare and League building after joining SITC
1. The probation period is 3-6 months, full attendance and good performance during the internship period. The probation period can be appropriately deducted after approval
2. Salary: 10000-12000 yuan
3. Salary structure, types of subsidies and others:
(1) Salary composition: basic salary + performance salary + year-end bonus + supplementary Provident Fund + various subsidies
(2) Subsidy categories: Overseas single subsidy, full attendance award, communication subsidy, special workplace allowance, travel subsidy, birthday benefit, entry commemoration welfare, annual holiday welfare and expatriate subsidy
