Challenge Ourselves, Grow As One – 2024 SITC Indonesian Team Building Activity Briefing
On October 19, 2024, SITC Indonesia Jakarta Region jointly held a team building activity with the theme of "Challenge ourselves, Grow As One" in Sukabumi, West Java.
The activity is divided into two parts: "hiking" and "team competition". In the "mountaineering and hiking" section, all members successfully completed the pre-set mountain hiking route and fully felt the beauty of natural harmony. In the "team competition" segment, a series of team games were arranged to enhance the collaboration ability and team cohesion among employees. We worked in groups, worked together, and overcame many difficulties to complete the challenge. Throughout the process, we properly collect and dispose of the waste generated and actively implement the sustainable development strategy.
The team building not only allowed employees to rekindle the passion of fighting, but also deepened the connection and trust between each other. We will meet the challenge with a new look and build momentum for SITC's green development in Indonesia.
