Aiding the poor, supporting Thailand --SITC Thailand & SMART Depot donated to the Thai Red Cross
1st December 2021, the donation ceremony of SMART Depot to Thai Red Cross was held on second floor of Thai Red Cross office building. The Managing Director of SITC Thailand Mr. Zhang Haiyu, and the Managing Director of SMART Depot Mr. Luan Rikai, and company employee representatives attended the event and handed over contributions to Mrs. Chanprapha Wichitcholchai who is the Deputy Director of the Thai Red Cross.
Since the outbreak of Covid-19 in Thailand, the number of daily infections is declining, but the situation is still serious. In order to implement group company’s philosophy which is grateful to the society, give back to the society, and continue to participate in public welfare. For supporting Thailand to fight the Covid-19, SITC Thailand and SMART Depot respectively donated 100,000 THB and 50,000 THB to the Thai Red Cross.
Mrs. Chanprapha Wichitcholchai, the Deputy Director of the Thai Red Cross, appreciated SITC Thailand and SMART Depot for providing support and assistance to Thailand in fighting the Covid-19. This donation will provide timely health protection for Thai frontline staff and people in severely affected areas. At the same time, Mrs. Chanprapha Wichitcholchai wished SITC Thailand’s and SMART Depot’s business development and operation better.
