Healthy Life, Environmental Protection First - SITC Zhangjiang Office Autumn Group Building Activity in 2024
On 2-3 November 2024, more than 190 leaders and colleagues from SITC Zhangjiang Office Building carried out an autumn group building activity with the theme of ‘Healthy Life, Environmental Protection First’ at Yangcheng Lake in Suzhou.
During the activity, team members hiked around the lake in groups to pick up rubbish, practicing environmental protection actions and guarding the natural environment with practical actions. At the same time, through participating in the SITC knowledge and environmental protection quiz, fun interactive games, and working together to complete the team project, the team learnt about the corporate culture, business knowledge, ESG concepts and environmental protection responsibility, enhanced environmental awareness, and strengthened teamwork and cohesion.
This team building activity provided an in-depth understanding of the company's green initiatives and practices, and further enhanced the sense of identity and mission of corporate responsibility. This is not only a successful practice of team building, but also an active practice of environmental protection. We all harvested growth and happiness in the process of building a better environment together, injected new momentum for the realisation of a green future, and laid a solid foundation for the promotion of the company's sustainable development.
