LABOR AND EMPLOYMENT



The company strictly abides by all laws and regulations on labor employment in the places where it operates, formulates internal company policies according to the labor laws and regulations of each country or region, and signs labor contracts with employees.

The company strictly prohibits the employment of child labor and has established detailed employee recruitment regulations and review procedures to avoid hiring child laborers under the age of 16 due to recruitment errors in each recruitment process. The minimum age for new employees in 2023 is 20 years old.

The company regularly participates in large-scale campus recruitment and social recruitment activities every year. At the same time, the company cooperates with five formal universities and vocational and technical schools to organize directional training courses, select suitable talents through interviews to participate in training courses, and establish public management courses and SITC International internal training courses. In addition, by using formal recruitment websites to recruit high-quality talents, minors are effectively prevented from entering the recruitment process.
